Structis is hiring a Local Driver / Equipment Operator / Laborer to support gypsum and concrete-based installation projects. The role involves picking up or delivering supplies, assisting crew members, performing basic equipment repair, operating a bobcat, setting up hoses for pouring, finishing poured Gypcrete floors, breaking and pouring gypcrete bags, and carrying supplies to job sites. The position requires a Class A CDL, basic hand-tool and tape-measure knowledge, reliable project-site driving, multitasking, physical lifting of up to 80 pounds, and occasional overnight travel to neighboring states. The starting wage is $28.00 to $34.00, with year-round work and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid training, and retirement matching.
