Deutsche Bahn is hiring a Construction Efficiency Reference (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG in Berlin to advise project management on construction-efficient technical planning, develop capacity-optimized planning variants, review project portfolios, manage cross-functional teams, and optimize construction methods, sequences, and schedules. The role also covers construction-operations planning, coordination of planning parties, review of construction technologies, and preparation of information and presentation materials. Candidates need a civil engineering or infrastructure management degree or comparable technical or rail-operations training, several years of infrastructure project planning and construction project execution experience, and strong analytical, conceptual, and implementation skills; operational knowledge of DB InfraGO AG and familiarity with MS Office, MS Visio, and BBP-Neo are advantageous.
