Deutsche Bahn is hiring a Construction Efficiency Specialist for infrastructure projects in the DB InfraGO AG business unit, based in Karlsruhe or Stuttgart. The role advises project management on construction-efficient technical plans, develops capacity-optimized planning options, reviews plans across disciplines, coordinates planning parties, optimizes construction methods and sequences, supports high-performance and regional network construction operations, and prepares construction-sector responses and presentation materials. Candidates need a civil engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable degree, several years of infrastructure and construction project experience, analytical and conceptual skills, and preferably familiarity with DB InfraGO AG, Ril 406, MS Office, and construction site planning programs.
