Description
The Construction Engineer manages project information to ensure construction is completed on time, within budget, and to contract specifications. The role coordinates with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and inspectors; oversees contract drawings, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, close-out records, and trade coordination; and prepares scope-of-work documents and project reports. Candidates need at least one year of commercial construction experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certification. Compensation is $60,000–$90,000 annually, with healthcare, a 401K match, wellness programs, and advancement opportunities.
