Description
The Facilities Project Manager plans, coordinates, budgets, monitors, and reports on construction and maintenance projects from design through maintenance. The role manages technical and financial aspects, including total cost of ownership, budgets, cost control, risk management, quality inspections, stakeholder communication, project documentation, and maintenance strategies. It requires a master's degree in construction or a technical field, significant experience in facilities, DBFM, or long-term maintenance projects, and strong knowledge of building systems, regulations, safety standards, and budget management.
