Description
Assystem is hiring a Mechanical Construction Assurance Engineer for a site-based role working five days per week at a major nuclear construction project. The position monitors and verifies mechanical installation activities, identifies and supports resolution of non-conformances, records inspections and documentation, and coordinates mechanical, piping, and civil interfaces. Candidates need a degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Construction Engineering, knowledge of mechanical installation scopes and CDM regulations, and the ability to interpret isometric drawings or layout plans. Experience with large mechanical or infrastructure projects and familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or FME controls are desired.
