The client is seeking a Construction Engineer to lead local construction measures for industrial expansion and new-build projects, acting as project manager and coordinating operational project activities across construction phases. The role supervises service providers, manages internal interfaces, ensures compliance with HOAI/VOB standards and construction contract law, and reports project progress to management. Candidates need a relevant engineering or business engineering degree or equivalent master craftsman/technician training, knowledge of building services or facility management, practical industrial construction experience, project management expertise, and strong German and English skills.
