PRIME AE is hiring a Construction Engineer III – Transportation Constructability Reviewer to support SHA transportation construction projects from its Chestertown, Maryland office. The role reviews highway, bridge, drainage, traffic, ADA, and transportation improvement designs for constructability, safety, sequencing, scheduling, traffic control, utility coordination, and other construction impacts before bidding and construction. Responsibilities include formal recommendations, field reviews, coordination with contractors and consultants, and support of constructability review teams. The position requires at least three years of progressive transportation or heavy civil construction experience, with five or more years preferred, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
