Description
The role leads and manages construction works during the operational phase of a project, including system upgrades, modifications, performance improvements, commissioning, and handover. Responsibilities cover construction planning, technical coordination, vendor and subcontractor management, budget and cost control, stakeholder reporting, risk management, quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance. The position requires at least three years of electrical, civil engineering, or construction experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, a valid CIDB Green Card, and the ability to work at an outstation construction site.
