Oneida Engineering Solutions is hiring a Construction Engineer/Manager focused on Building Management Systems in West Point, New York. The role provides construction management and quality oversight for BMS-related projects supporting the U.S. Military Academy Directorate of Public Works, including contractor compliance, site inspections, submittal and drawing reviews, commissioning, testing, acceptance, closeout, and facility integration. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, 5–15 years of relevant experience, at least 5 years supporting military construction, BMS or building automation experience, and specified certifications; compensation is $115,000–$175,000 annually.
