Description
The Construction Engineer / Project Manager supports complex infrastructure projects through construction oversight, field inspections, quality compliance, project controls, technical coordination, documentation, and contractor payment review. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years managing construction projects involving complex communication, electrical, or technical systems, knowledge of public infrastructure regulations, procurement and contract compliance experience, and IBM Maximo asset and work-management experience. Candidates must pass background screening, work in confined spaces, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and obtain required site access or safety certifications.
