Starmann GmbH is hiring a Construction Engineering Manager to plan, control, and execute construction engineering projects from concept through completion. The role provides technical support, develops sustainable construction solutions, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, maintains quality and legal standards, collaborates with production teams, leads the construction engineering team, and reports to management. Candidates need several years of construction engineering experience, ideally including leadership experience, technical training in metal engineering, CAD and design-tool proficiency, and strong communication and negotiation skills. The position offers flexible working hours, training, and a minimum gross salary of EUR 5,000.
