Description
The Facilities Construction Manager plans, designs, and oversees the construction of new or expanded facilities; coordinates employee recruitment, selection, training, performance, assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions; directs architectural, engineering, cost, functional, construction, and schedule work; supervises contractors and design standards; and oversees facility project design, budgeting, standardized construction, final inspection, and construction surveillance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, engineering or project-management experience, facilities design and construction knowledge, and experience with capital and overhead projects. The full-time salary range is $145,100 to $269,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
