AECOM is hiring a Wisconsin Construction Engineering Supervisor to oversee projects and team members in a local WisDOT region. The role manages project quality, schedules, and budgets; hires, mentors, and expands the team; prepares proposals; develops strategic growth opportunities; and collaborates with clients, industry associations, and other consultant teams. Applicants need a bachelor's degree plus eight years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, Wisconsin citizenship, and a valid DMV license.
