Description
Mortenson is hiring an Operator to safely operate and maintain a range of heavy construction equipment, including blades, dozers, loaders, scrapers, forklifts or telehandlers, cranes, skid-steers, lifts, rollers, backhoes, and track cranes. The role requires following safety regulations, work plans, and pre-task cards; performing routine maintenance and identifying malfunctions; maintaining housekeeping; and collaborating effectively with diverse teams. Candidates need applicable equipment certifications, at least one year of related experience, a properly classified driver's license with required endorsements, equipment-operation knowledge, basic math, communication, teamwork, and the physical ability to perform repetitive movements and handle loads up to 50 pounds.
