The Construction Equipment Operator will work on company premises in Lahde, safely operating construction machinery, loading and unloading materials, sorting and moving materials, checking machine readiness, and supporting production, warehouse, and outdoor operations. The role requires several years of experience with construction or comparable equipment, technical understanding, safe working practices, physical resilience, and willingness to work shifts. The position offers up to €18.00 per hour, structured onboarding, and corporate benefits.
