Description
The employer is seeking an Instructor to teach courses covering construction estimating and preconstruction processes. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant construction or project-management field, or an associate degree with significant professional experience; at least three years of direct experience in construction estimating, quantity takeoff, preconstruction, project documentation, or project coordination; and experience with construction mathematics, measurement systems, and basic cost-estimating practices. Educator or facilitator experience is preferred, along with applicable licenses, certifications, industry credentials, and experience with project planning, cost analysis, or technical project documentation.
