Description

BLOX is looking for an experienced and strategic Construction Estimating Manager to lead their estimating function for modular construction projects. The role involves overseeing cost estimating, bid processes, developing project schedules, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and competitive project estimates.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4-7 years of experience in Construction estimating experience, with leadership experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Experience managing subcontractor relationships and bid processes.

Experience with technology, such as estimating, scheduling, project management.
High level of communication skills to be able to lead meetings and presentations in a way that builds confidence, trust, and success with clients.
