Description
Mitchell Construction is hiring an on-site Construction Estimator to develop and maintain detailed remodeling project budgets from pre-construction through active construction. The role validates pricing, performs material takeoffs, monitors estimate-versus-actual costs, flags risks, and supports accounting, reporting, and reconciliation while collaborating with design, sales, production, project management, and accounting teams. The position requires advanced Excel skills, construction plan interpretation, strong organization and communication, and preferably construction, cost, or project accounting experience. Salary is $90,000-$100,000 based on experience, with health and dental insurance, profit sharing, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) match.
