The client is hiring a Construction Estimator to analyze construction files, plans, and specifications and prepare complete project estimates. The role determines project costs, calculates materials, working hours, and resources, requests quotations, compares prices, selects suppliers and subcontractors, and identifies technical and financial optimization opportunities. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in Construction or equivalent experience, construction-sector experience, and the ability to interpret technical plans and specifications.
