The Estimator works in the foundation engineering department, analyzing tender documents, preparing cost estimates, collecting supplier and subcontractor quotations, and collaborating with engineers, designers, and draftspeople. The role contributes to pricing, technical optimizations, and alternative execution methods. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience, numerical and analytical ability, and fluency in Dutch.
