Description
ATCO Frontec is seeking a Construction Estimator to prepare reliable, competitive, and fully traceable estimates for construction and infrastructure opportunities. The role covers conceptual, budgetary, and detailed estimating; quantity take-offs; labour, material, equipment, subcontractor, indirect, logistics, and risk cost components; bid and proposal support; supplier quotation evaluation; cost governance; risk analysis; estimate handover; and post-award commercial analysis. Candidates need a relevant degree or diploma, at least five years of progressive experience in construction estimating or a related commercial role, and strong knowledge of construction methods, productivity, scheduling, Excel, and estimating systems.
