Description
The Estimator prepares accurate construction proposals and cost analyses by evaluating labor, materials, subcontractor and vendor quotes, blueprints, project risks, and scheduling needs. The role requires Xactimate proficiency, strong estimating and analytical skills, communication and negotiation abilities, and familiarity with financial and project-management principles. It is a full-time position in Atlanta, Georgia, combining field and office work, including occasional travel, long or weekend hours, and outdoor work in varied weather.
