Great States Construction is hiring a Construction Estimator in Fargo, North Dakota to prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals for multi-family and commercial construction projects. The role includes quantity takeoffs, subcontractor and supplier pricing, material, labor, and equipment cost analysis, bid documentation, pre-bid meetings, and coordination with project teams. Candidates need 2–5 years of construction estimating experience, drawing and specification interpretation skills, analytical ability, and proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel; multi-family estimating experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree are preferred. The position offers $70,000 per year plus experience-based compensation and health, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
