Description
The client is hiring an experienced Construction Estimator for its family-owned lawn care and landscaping company. The role prepares bid proposals and estimates, gathers and calculates take-off data, maintains supplier and subcontractor pricing, uses estimate software, and follows clients through the sales process. Candidates need at least two years of landscape installation, construction, or irrigation estimating experience, customer-service experience, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with On-Screen Take-Off and ProCore; a relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Compensation is an annual salary of $85,000-$100,000, with health benefits after 90 days, a 401(k) employer match, paid time off, and vacation time.
