The Construction Estimator prepares cost calculations, quotations, and ABK budgets for non-residential construction projects, using specifications, site surveys, observations, supplier quotations, and technical alternatives. The role requires an MBO diploma in Construction Engineering, two years of similar experience, estimating software knowledge, numerical aptitude, and clear communication. It is based in the office in Schiedam and offers a gross monthly salary of €3,200–€4,500, profit sharing, travel reimbursement, flexible conditions, training, vacation days, and a pension plan.
