Description
The Construction Estimator will prepare bid, order, and final cost estimates for structural and civil engineering projects, analyze tender documents, evaluate technical projects, determine quantities and volumes, maintain cost estimates for construction services and materials, prepare bills of quantities and cost calculation documents, and collaborate with project management, site supervision, and other departments. The role requires completed technical training, professional estimating or similar experience, MS Office and Excel proficiency, analytical and commercial skills, and German proficiency; English is an advantage. It is a full-time position in Poggersdorf, Carinthia, with an immediate start and a gross monthly salary of €3,593.00 to €5,368.00.
