The role covers plan and specification review, quantity takeoffs, bottom-up cost estimation, subcontractor and supplier coordination, risk analysis, technical compliance, and post-bid support. Candidates need 3–5 years of direct heavy-civil or specialized construction estimating experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, knowledge of construction methods and specialized civil techniques, and advanced proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
