Description
The role is a construction estimator responsible for independently estimating construction projects and logistics services, preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, scopes of work, and offers; analyzing tender documents and schedules; supporting contract negotiations; evaluating subcontractor and supplier proposals; monitoring costs against plans; and developing estimation fundamentals. The position requires several years of estimation experience, preferably in construction logistics or construction projects, a relevant degree, strong RIB iTWO and Microsoft Office skills, and teamwork and decision-making abilities.
