Description
The role independently estimates structural construction projects, reviews tender documents, prepares bills of quantities and quantity take-offs, analyzes customer requirements, determines construction costs, and creates budgets. It requires a degree in civil engineering or architecture, relevant estimating experience, and knowledge of MS Office and billing or program software, ideally RIB: iTWO.
