Köster is hiring a Construction Estimator in Braunschweig, Lower Saxony. The role prepares cost estimates and offers for turnkey building construction projects, uses Revit and BIM modeling, develops technical and economic proposals, submits subcontractor and supplier price requests, supports contract award negotiations, creates bills of quantities and specifications, and manages tendering. Candidates need a civil engineering or architecture degree or comparable qualification, professional estimating and BIM experience, and strong knowledge of estimating and CAD software, ideally RIB iTWO and Revit.
