Description
Köster is hiring a Construction Estimator to process bids and estimates for shell and turnkey construction projects, develop technical and economic proposals, obtain subcontractor quotations, support contract award negotiations, prepare bills of quantities, and manage estimating data. The role requires a civil engineering or architecture degree or comparable qualification, initial professional experience with shell or turnkey construction estimating and BIM, and knowledge of estimating and CAD software, including Revit and ideally RIB iTWO.
