Description
Matrix HR is recruiting a full-time Construction Estimator for an established client in the concrete and specialty flooring industry, based in Calgary, Alberta. The role prepares estimates, quantity takeoffs, quotations, and bid submissions for commercial and industrial projects; reviews construction drawings and scopes; coordinates with suppliers and clients; and monitors construction costs. Candidates need at least five years of construction estimating experience, proficiency with digital takeoff and estimating software, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to attend occasional local project or site visits. The position is onsite Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime, weekend work, and local travel, and includes a salary, bonus potential, health and dental benefits, paid vacation, and holidays.
