Description
The role is responsible for reviewing tender documents, estimating costs for turnkey buildings, preparing cost-effectiveness analyses, supporting subcontractor procurement, creating functional descriptions and tender documents, negotiating with clients and subcontractors, performing quantity take-offs, analyzing markets, and preparing contracts, work estimates, change orders, and final cost estimates. The profile requires engineering, architectural, technical, or business-professional training, experience with turnkey real estate, building systems, or construction components, market and pricing knowledge, knowledge of interior fit-out, building services, construction law, and contract law, estimating software and Microsoft Office skills, and strong communication and analytical abilities.
