The role involves reviewing construction plans and specifications, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients, preparing detailed cost proposals, and supporting bid preparation, contract review, and risk assessment. Candidates should have a Construction Management degree or construction estimating experience with plumbing-system exposure, proficiency in Bluebeam or similar estimating software, and plumbing construction-site experience is desirable.
