Description
RCCS is hiring a full-time Construction Estimator to own the full preconstruction estimating lifecycle, including conceptual and detailed cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid solicitation and leveling, scope development, buyout support, value engineering, and documentation. The role requires at least five years of commercial construction estimating experience, proficiency with Procore and estimating software, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to read architectural, structural, civil, and MEP construction documents. The position is hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina, with an office location and occasional site visits, and offers a salary of $110,000-$160,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and bonus opportunities.
