Description
The role estimates construction projects and logistics services, preparing cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, bills of quantities, bids, and cost-effective construction logistics solutions. It also analyzes tender documents and schedules, supports award negotiations and bidder meetings, evaluates subcontractor and supplier bids, controls costs, and maintains estimating bases. The position requires several years of estimating experience, a relevant degree, RIB iTWO and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong responsibility, decisiveness, flexibility, resilience, teamwork, and motivation.
