Skillforce is hiring a full-time Construction Estimator to work on commercial fence projects from the company’s Chantilly, Virginia office. The role involves reviewing project scopes, analyzing plans and specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals, communicating with clients, and using Salesforce to track projects and bid activity. Candidates need at least five years of experience in estimating, project coordination, construction administration, or a related field, along with blueprint-reading, proposal, and CRM skills; construction industry experience is preferred. Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000 for new college graduates or $80,000 for more experienced candidates, plus commission, a car stipend, gas allowance, benefits, PTO, and a 401(k).
