Turner & Townsend is hiring a Construction Estimator with CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) experience to support life science sector projects and programmes from concept through detailed design and beyond. The role covers cost planning, estimating, cash-flow forecasting, benchmarking, change-order and EPCM submissions, third-party estimate reviews, and commercial input to design and value-engineering activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, construction cost-management experience, and proficiency with measurement software; CostX experience and AACE membership are preferred. The full-time role offers a base salary of $110,000–$150,000 per year, with on-site requirements potentially varying by client.
