Utopia is hiring a full-time, fully remote Estimator to prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, schedules, and quotations for boutique hospitality construction projects. The role supports procurement, contract administration, contractor proposals, progress reporting, and cost-related dispute resolution, with approximately 80% detailed estimation and 20% early-stage estimation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least six years of construction estimation experience, three years of high-end hospitality or residential estimation experience, experience estimating budgets over $20 million USD, and proficiency in Google Sheets, AutoCAD, and Revit. The position reports to the Project Manager and collaborates with design, finance, legal, construction, and external stakeholder teams.
