Utopia is hiring a full-time, fully remote Estimator to prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, schedules, and quotations for boutique hospitality construction projects. The role supports procurement, contract administration, contractor proposals, cost disputes, and stakeholder reporting, with approximately 80% detailed estimation and 20% early-stage estimation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least six years of construction estimation experience, three years in high-end hospitality or residential projects, experience estimating budgets over $20 million USD, and proficiency in Google Sheets, AutoCAD, and Revit. The position reports to the Project Manager and requires strong analytical, communication, presentation, and English skills; visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.
