Description
Vivaldis is hiring a Construction Estimator for roofing and general construction projects in the Zulte region. The role analyzes tender files, plans, and specifications; prepares cost calculations and quotations; compares supplier and subcontractor prices; calculates quantities and materials; identifies risks; and supports project managers, owners, and customers. The position requires a construction-related bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of relevant experience, Dutch proficiency, a category B driver's license, strong numerical and organizational skills, and MS Office knowledge. It is a full-time temporary contract with an option for permanent employment.
