Description
The role prepares bills of quantities for fit-out, roofing, and façade trades during estimating and execution for turnkey construction projects, identifies scope and cost-optimization opportunities, assesses trade risks, develops proposals, compiles tender documents, and supports subcontractor award negotiations. Candidates need a construction-related degree or technician training, knowledge of VOB Part C, MS Office proficiency, and experience with tender or estimation software such as RIB iTWO. The position is based in Bayreuth, Bavaria.
