Description
IMI Industrial Services Group is hiring a full-time Construction Estimator (Civil & Fabrication) local to the Athens, Georgia area. The role prepares project cost estimates for civil dirt, site grading, concrete, shop fabrication, and structural steel work; analyzes blueprints and specifications; conducts site and bid walkthroughs; develops vendor and subcontractor relationships; prepares labor, material, schedule, and procurement projections; and supports value engineering and project turnover. The position requires at least five years of estimating experience in civil grading, concrete, shop fabrication, and structural projects, along with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Project, Outlook, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. Procore experience and a bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering are preferred but not required.
