Description
The client is hiring a full-time, remote Construction Estimator to estimate Florida-based construction projects. The role involves detailed quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, cost estimating, supplier and subcontractor pricing, RFQ coordination, estimate revisions, and preconstruction support. Candidates need Florida construction experience, knowledge of Florida building codes and permitting, strong estimating accuracy, and the ability to work independently during 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time. Compensation is $1,500–$2,500 per month depending on experience, with a start date of mid to late September 2026.
