The Byng Group is hiring a Renovation Estimator to work from its Concord office and support interior renovation projects for multifamily units and apartment suite turnovers. The role evaluates renovation scopes, analyzes project data and outgoing materials, coordinates information with project managers, develops cost and improvement recommendations, corrects quotes, and maintains project records. Candidates should have a college diploma or university degree in project management, construction management, or related experience, strong knowledge of residential renovation and interior-renovation terminology, MS Office proficiency, and excellent communication and analytical skills. The position is strictly office-based, offers an annual bonus and extended health care, and runs from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; salary is discussed during the interview.
