Description
Nycom is hiring a Field Engineer to support laboratory interior construction projects by visiting construction sites, coordinating readiness and installation with general contractors and owners, performing quality-control inspections, enforcing installation and safety standards, coordinating subcontractors and deliveries, tracking schedules and manpower, developing punchlists, and updating project managers. The role requires field work, architectural-plan interpretation, carpentry, project closeout, and coordination with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical trades, with 50% travel depending on the assigned territory. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 depending on experience, with medical benefits, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, PTO, a wellness program, gym reimbursement, and a company vehicle.
