Thompson Thrift is hiring a Field Engineer to support on-site construction operations for multifamily development projects across the United States. The role involves coordinating subcontractors and trade partners, monitoring scheduling, costs, quality, safety, and punch-list completion, documenting progress, and assisting with material logistics. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus at least one year of construction experience. The position requires regular presence at active construction sites, physical work in outdoor conditions, and completion of First Aid/CPR and OSHA 30-Hour training within 90 days of hire.
