Triad Associates, part of the Concordia Wireless family, is hiring a Construction Field Manager for a highly travel-oriented field management role supporting wireless telecommunications construction projects across the Midwest. The position works alongside project managers and directors, construction crews, foremen, technicians, and subcontractors, handling site walks, scheduling, materials, inspections, permits, safety, productivity, cost control, and client communication. It requires prior tower or solar construction crew or subcontractor management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a valid driver's license, willingness to travel 90%, and the physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 annually plus bonus, with a company vehicle, per diems, accommodations, and comprehensive benefits.
