Description
Ghafari Associates is hiring a Construction Field Representative/Field Engineer to inspect, monitor, and document work in progress on facility projects during construction, commissioning, final acceptance, and post-construction phases. The role serves as a liaison among contractors, architects, and engineers; reviews construction documents, shop submittals, and RFIs; performs field checks; gathers project photos; and attends construction meetings. It is based on site in Lake Orion, Michigan, may require occasional weekend work, and is anticipated to last one year. A bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering, professional registration, and five years of construction and construction-contract administration experience are preferred or required, along with relevant software, communication, and training skills.
